HZ decal colour schemes carried over from HX

1) Orange, Bright Blue, Blue
Fitted to Jasmine Yellow, and Palais White (see previous comments)

2) Orange, Brown, Dark Brown
Fitted to Dynasty Gold Metallic, and Saddle Tan Metallic (again see previous comments)

3) Yellow, Orange, Red
Fitted to Flamenco Red and Valencia Orange (see previous comments, far less popular in HZ Sandman's)

4) White, Blue, Dark Blue
Fitted to Opaline Blue, Supermint Green Metallic, Windsor Blue Metallic
(One of the most common HZ colour schemes. Superseded the Plum, Purple, Dark Blue colour scheme which would not have suited the new metallic green colours (HX greens were mainly solids)

5) Light Blue, Mid Blue, Dark Blue
Fitted to Atlantis Blue Metallic (A very rare colour scheme)

6) Blue/ Purple
Fitted to Tuxedo Black, Panama Green (Incredibly rare colour scheme)

7) White, Blue Green, Dark Blue
(There is some contention as to whether this colour scheme was the same as number 4). Hence there is a debate about as to whether it existed. I have personally inspected a vehicle with this colour scheme and it was fitted to a mid to darker blue HZ.

Of course in the HZ the option of deleting decals was commonly used (particularly toward the end of the production from late 78 onwards).
